The decision here is narrow and it is not about performance claims. It is about whether the wheels you want will physically sit on the axle you own.
Dual bearing wheels need more axle than a single-bearing wheel does. Dynamic Fingerboards' Dual Edition trucks, which FlatFace sells, exist to give them that: same Dynamic geometry, but with what the listing calls a "Longer Single Piece Axle Designed for Dual Bearing Wheels." They're listed at 34mm width, chrome, $56 for a set. So the question in front of you is either "I want to run duals, do I need new trucks" or "I already have Dynamics, can I just buy the wheels." The brand answers the second one flatly: these are "Designed for dual bearing wheels only." That's a two-way door — it reads as a wheel-compatibility boundary in both directions, and the listing doesn't spell out what happens if you mount single-bearing wheels on them anyway.
