The headline number is the 38. Most riders are working somewhere in the low thirties, and a 38mm deck sits past the top of the range most brands print on a product page. Pair that with an egg shape — a rounded outline rather than a squared-off popsicle — and you get a board that reads as a different object in the hand before you've landed a single trick on it.
The trucks are listed at 36mm, two millimeters narrower than the deck, so there's deck hanging past the axle on each side. The wheels are 8mm and 65D; the name says Street Core SE, and the post doesn't say how that core is built or what it's made from.

The post doesn't give a release date for the Chems x Heroin Wide Bride, doesn't quote a price, and doesn't say whether Skate618 still has the 38mm in stock or what other widths the collab came in. At the time of writing neither brand has posted anything in this material confirming a restock.
So treat it as what it is: evidence that the board exists, shipped, and got built up by someone who already owned one Chems deck and wanted another.
