Four wheels, two colors, one pumpkin. Maple Lab's latest run with Snot Wheels Co. takes the Wide Boys shape the two have already built together and repaints it for Halloween, splitting the set between neon orange and neon green with Franky Villani's Franky's Pumpkin graphics carried over from the full-size wheel.
Maple Lab shrinks Snot's Wide Boys into a Halloween four-pack
Franky's Pumpkin takes the chunky Wide Boys profile down to 8mm x 6.2mm in 75D urethane, split two neon orange and two neon green. Listed on Maple Lab's store on October 8.

What it is
The listing gives the size as 8mm x 6.2mm — diameter by width — which is the part doing the work here. Wide Boys is a chunky profile on a skateboard wheel, and the point of the fingerboard version is that the proportions survive the scale change rather than getting rounded off into a generic bearing wheel.
The rest of the spec sheet, as Maple Lab publishes it:
- 75D urethane, which the brand calls its hardest formula
- ABEC-9 stainless steel shieldless bearings
- Two neon orange and two neon green wheels per set
- Franky's Pumpkin graphics, taken from Villani's pro model wheel for Snot
Maple Lab describes the set as handcrafted and the urethane as premium, but the listing doesn't say how the graphics are applied or whether the cores differ from the standard Wide Boys release. Treat those as open questions until the brand says otherwise.
Faithfully recreate the unmistakable chunky Wide Boys profile in a fingerboard size of 8mm x 6.2mm.

Why it lands
Most fingerboard wheel collabs stop at a logo. This one starts at the silhouette: the shape is the licensed thing, and the graphic rides along with it. That is the harder half to pull off, because a 6.2mm-wide wheel has to clear the deck and the truck hanger while still reading as wide at a glance, and a wide wheel sitting under a 32–34mm deck changes how the setup looks from the side more than any colorway does.
The color split is the other decision worth noting. Two orange and two green means the set reads as a seasonal edition from above and from the side rather than only in a flat-lay photo, and it gives the wheel graphics somewhere to sit against a contrasting ground. It also means an odd-wheel look if you swap one out later, which is either a problem or the point.
Maple Lab's copy calls the Wide Boys "legendary" and says they're back; the magazine hasn't seen a release history for the line beyond this listing, so take the run's length as unconfirmed. The Manchester-based brand already makes decks, trucks, hardware, grip and handboards alongside wheels, so the urethane is not a one-off side project.

A 34 mm label is no longer enough to predict whether a fingerboard setup will fit
Nominal width is the one number every truck and deck listing confirms, and it is the least useful thing on the page. The five interfaces that actually decide whether your parts bolt together are the ones nobody prints.
